This Communication Strategy of the African Affairs Communications is intended to be a dynamic instrument, isolating key objectives, audiences and themes and associating them with appropriate channels. It also ensures flexibility to respond to changing circumstances in a fast-changing world. Communication goes beyond information: it establishes relationships and creates a dialogue with the target population. It is not a neutral and useless exercise, but it is an element for development.
